  • 6 to 8 chicken breast halves (skinless and deboned)
  • 6 to 8 (4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 c. apple cider
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    In lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, arrange breasts. Place Swiss cheese on top of chicken breasts.

    In saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup apple cider, stirring well. Spoon over chicken and Swiss cheese evenly.

    Sprinkle dry stuffing crumbs over all. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
