  • 1- 1/2 cup Chicken Breast, Diced
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Celery, Finely Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 boxes Favorite Cracker Assortment

    1) Mix together mayonnaise and softened cream cheese.

    (Note: If you need to quickly soften the cream cheese, put it in a microwave-safe bowl and nuke it on high for 30 seconds.

    Stir, and repeat if necessary.)

    2) Mix in the two salts.

    3) Finely dice the cooked chicken breast and celery, and thinly slice onion.

    Reserve some of the green part of the onion for garnish.
