Creamy Chili Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. V-8 juice
  • 4 oz. chopped chilies
  • 1/2 c. chopped, pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • chips or fresh vegetables

Directions

    In medium bowl, beat at medium speed the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in V-8 juice until smooth and well blended. Stir in chilies, olives, red pepper, onion and hot pepper sauce.

    Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
