- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. V-8 juice
- 4 oz. chopped chilies
- 1/2 c. chopped, pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- chips or fresh vegetables
Directions

1In medium bowl, beat at medium speed the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in V-8 juice until smooth and well blended. Stir in chilies, olives, red pepper, onion and hot pepper sauce.

2Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
