- 1 (28 ounce) bagfrozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) packageminiature smoked sausage (ex. Lil Smokies)
- 34 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or 2 tablespoons chives

1Heat gas or charcoal grill.

2Cut 4 (18x12 inch) sheets of foil.

3Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

4In large bowl, gently mix potatoes, sausages, and dressing.

5Spoon mixture evenly onto foil sheets.

6Seal each packet using double fold seals, allowing room for heat expansion.

7Place packets on grill over medium heat.

8Cover grill and cook 30-35 minutes, rotating and turning packets several times.

9Remove packets from grill; open carefully to allow steam to escape.

10Sprinkle each with cheese and green onions.
