  • 3-1/2 qt. Golden OREO Pieces-Medium, finely crushed
  • 2 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups dulce de leche, warmed
  • 1 qt. chocolate ganache, warmed
  • 2 qt. Golden OREO Pieces-Medium
  • Cream Cheese Layer
  • PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 qt. prepared whipped topping
  • 1-1/2 qt. fresh strawberries, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

  • 1-1/4 qt. fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate

    Crust: Mix crushed OREO Pieces and butter; press about 3 cups onto bottom of each of 4 foil-lined 13x9-inch pans (or press all onto bottom of 1 lined pan for trial recipe).

    Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven 7 min.

    Spread 1/2 cup dulce de leche over each crust, then cover with 1 cup ganache.

    Sprinkle each with 2 cups OREO Pieces.

    Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese with mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 min., stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl.

    Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended.

    Gradually add cream, beating on low speed until well blended.

    Fold in whipped topping.

    Carefully spread about 3-1/2 cups pudding mixture over OREO layer in each pan.
