- 12 ears corn
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. cream
Directions

1Cut tops off kernels of corn and scrape remaining pulp and milk out of the kernels.

2Heat butter in a saucepan and add corn. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Stir in the cream and heat 10 minutes more until corn is tender, stirring constantly.
