  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 c. half and half cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan.

    Bring to boil. Lower heat.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Blend butter and flour to paste. Blend into corn.

    Stir over low heat until blended.
