Ingredients: 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained; 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Style Corn; 2 Tablespoons Sugar; 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Softened; 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream; 2 whole Eggs, Beaten; 1 box (8 1/2 Oz. Size) Jiffy Cornbread Mix

1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Style Corn
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
2 whole Eggs, Beaten
1 box (8 1/2 Oz. Size) Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix canned corn, sugar, butter, sour cream and eggs together in a large bowl. Add Jiffy cornbread mix and stir.

Spread the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the mixture has set. It may still be slightly jiggly, but that's okay!
