  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Style Corn
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 box (8 1/2 Oz. Size) Jiffy Cornbread Mix

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix canned corn, sugar, butter, sour cream and eggs together in a large bowl. Add Jiffy cornbread mix and stir.

    Spread the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the mixture has set. It may still be slightly jiggly, but that's okay!
