- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 17 oz. can cream-style corn
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Combine the flour, sugar and salt.

3In a heavy saucepan, melt butter or margarine over low heat.

4Add the mixture of dry ingredients, stirring constantly.

5Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

10Gradually stir about one-fourth of hot mixture into beaten eggs.
