  • 1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 c. non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    In a medium, non-stick, saucepan prepare pudding mix according to package directions, substituting 1 1/2 c. reserved fruit juices for milk.

    Remove from heat and cool pudding completely.

    Fold into whipped topping.

    Add all fruit and marshmallows to pudding mixture.

    Chill at least 1 hour.
