- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk condensed (not evaporated milk)
- 1 c. ReaLemon juice
- yellow food coloring (optional)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.

3Stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon brand and food coloring, if desired.

4Pour into prepared pastry shell.

5Bake 30 minutes. Cool.

7Spread with Cool Whip.
