  • 1 baked pastry shells (8 or 9 ounce)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups Cool Whip or 2 cups sweetened whipped cream

Directions

    In bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.

    Pour intro pastry shell and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

    Cool, chill and then spread with Cool Whip/whipped cream.
