Ingredients
- 20 ounces chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons crushed ginger
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 ounces cream cheese or 4 ounces sour cream
Directions

1Cook the first 7 ingredients in one cup water for about 10 minutes.

2When little cold, puree in a blender, adding more water as needed.

3Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.

4Saute the garlic and the spices.

5Add cream cheese and spinach.

6Cook for 10-15 mins.
