- 2 cups passion fruit pulp
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg white
- 300 ml sour cream, thickened cream can also be used here
Directions

1Place pulp, sugar and egg white in food processor.

2Beat at high speed for 10 minutes till thick and frothy.

3Place sour cream in a large bowl.

4Gradually stir in passionfruit mixture till smooth and combined.

5Pour mixture into a 10 cm x 20 cm loaf pan.

6Cover with plastic wrap.

7Freeze overnight till firm.

8Serve sliced or in scoops.
