  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 c. sliced peaches
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shall
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.

    Add to peaches and toss lightly.

    Turn into pie shell.

    Pour cream over top.
