- 4 pork chops
- 1 jar spicy mustard
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can Pet milk
Directions

1Cover pork chops with mustard.

2Melt butter and fry chops until brown and mustard starts to fall off.

3Saute onion in reserve butter.

4Add flour and stir until thin and brown.

5Pour in milk.

6Stir until thick; add water if necessary.

7Add chops and simmer for 1 hour.
