  • 10 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
  • 5 fl. oz. red wine vinegar
  • 20 fl oz. nonfat yogurt
  • seasonings as desired

Directions

    Puree Ricotta in food processor or blender until very smooth. Add yogurt and vinegar; process until fully incorporated.

    Remove from the processor and add seasonings as desired.
