- 10 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
- 5 fl. oz. red wine vinegar
- 20 fl oz. nonfat yogurt
- seasonings as desired
Directions

1Puree Ricotta in food processor or blender until very smooth. Add yogurt and vinegar; process until fully incorporated.

2Remove from the processor and add seasonings as desired.
