- 1 envelope gelatin, plus 1/4 c. water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
Directions

1Soften gelatin in water.

2Heat tomato sauce to boiling. Dissolve softened gelatin in it.

3Stir in all remaining ingredients, except celery.

4Chill until mixture thickens.

5Fold in celery.

6Turn into individual molds.

7Chill until firm.

8Makes 4 servings.
