- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- vegetable dippers
Directions

1Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise and anchovy paste. Stir in chopped egg, parsley, onion and garlic.
