  • 6 to 8 c. zucchini, sliced or diced
  • 1 Tbsp. McKay's seasoning or spaghetti sauce seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 to 4 oz. cream cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in a large covered skillet.

    Cook zucchini in butter, covered, over low heat until tender, but not mushy.

    Add seasoning and cream cheese; cover for a few minutes, then mix to coat zucchini.

    (Butter or margarine can be eliminated in waterless cookware.)
