- 3 lb. steak
- 5 medium potatoes
- 5 carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Chop steak into thin 2-inch long strips.

2Fry steak in grease until browned.

3Drain grease.

4Place steak in deep fryer or large frying pan.

5(No grease.)

6Peel and slice potatoes.

7Place them on top of the steak.

8Peel, slice and tear apart onions.

9Place on top of potatoes, slice carrots and place on top of onions.

10Pour 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can water over top (more water may be needed).

11Cover.

12Let cook on medium heat for approximately 2 hours.

13Salt and pepper to taste.
