- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 lb. Velveeta
- 4 oz. jar pimento with juice
- 4 tsp. chili powder or more
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

1Saute meat, onions, pepper and celery in oleo.

2Melt cheese in double boiler.

3Add pimento and juice, then add all other ingredients.
