Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 lb. Velveeta
  • 4 oz. jar pimento with juice
  • 4 tsp. chili powder or more
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Saute meat, onions, pepper and celery in oleo.

    Melt cheese in double boiler.

    Add pimento and juice, then add all other ingredients.

    Serve warm.
