  • 1 lb. ground round meat
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (1/4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
  • 2 to 3 dashes hot sauce or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Saute meat until loose but not brown.

    Add bell pepper and onions; cook until soft.

    Add hot sauce to taste, pimentos and garlic powder.

    Add the Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces.

    Stir until melted.
