- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 6 flake crackers, crumbled
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 scant Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook vegetables together until done.

2Add salt and pepper. Make cream sauce out of next 5 ingredients.

3Cut eggs in half; put in casserole.

4Add alternately vegetables and cream cheese. Sprinkle a little of the cracker crumbs between layers; sprinkle remaining on top.

5Heat for 15 to 20 minutes in a 325° oven.
