- 2 lb. thick fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. celery, diced
- 3/4 c. diced carrots
- 1/4 c. black olives
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 3/4 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Pour 2 tablespoons margarine in bottom of baking pan.

2Combine celery, carrots, olives, green pepper, onions, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

3Spread half of mixture in bottom of pan.

4Place fish on top.

5Cover with remaining mixture.

6Dot with margarine.

7Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
