- 2 c. frozen broccoli cuts, slightly cooked
- 1 lb. Velveeta block cheese
- 8 oz. cheese spread/sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan saute onion in butter.

2Add block cheese, soup and cheese sauce.

3Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Add broccoli cuts and garlic powder.

4Cook over low heat until broccoli is semi-tender; do not allow to boil.

5Serve warm.

6Best when served with king size corn chips.
