- 4 slices bacon, crisp
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar

2Saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic in some of bacon drippings.

3Mix all in casserole; bake 1 hour at 350°.
