  • 4 ears corn, cut off
  • 6 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 c. sliced okra
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • bread crumbs, toasted
  • cayenne

Directions

    Cook onion, bell pepper and okra in 3 tablespoons bacon drippings. Stew corn if hard. Combine all ingredients and cook. Sprinkle crumbs with cayenne. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
