- 1 Tbsp. butter or margainre
- 3/4 c. chopped tomato
- 1 tsp. sugar

- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute okra, onion and green pepper in butter 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

2Stir in remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
