- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cook peas and drain.

2In saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender, but not brown.

3Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.

4Add tomatoes to cooked onion.

5Stir in peas, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

6Blend tomato liquid into cornstarch. Stir into pea mixture.

7Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
