Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit, cut into sections
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 3 pods garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 2/3 c. white wine

Directions

    Dry rabbit and place in bowl.

    Mix salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic, 1/4 cup onion and vinegar and pour over rabbit.

    Cover bowl and marinate overnight in fridge.
