- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. peeled shrimp
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and bell pepper until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Simmer over low heat until flavors blend (about 1 hour).

4Add peeled shrimp.

5Simmer another 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
