  • 3 c. corn-rice cereal
  • 3 c. crispy wheat cereal squares
  • 3 c. toasted O cereal
  • 3 c. pretzel sticks
  • 2 c. pecan halves or mixed nuts
  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a roasting pan.

    Drizzle half of the margarine over cereal mixture.

    Sprinkle with half of the seasonings.

    Stir.

    Repeat with remaining margarine and seasonings.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes. Yields 12 cups.
