- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 celery stalk stem, chopped
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- red pepper
- salt and garlic powder
- Creole seasoning
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 jar Ragu
Directions

1Brown ground chuck.

2Add half onion, green pepper and celery. Cook and add a little water every now and then for 1/2 hour. Drain.

3Take tomato paste and fry with only enough oil to cover bottom of pot.

4Stir for about 20 minutes.

5Add water every now and then.

6Add rest of onion, green pepper and celery.

7Fry for 20 minutes.

8Add sauce, Ragu, ground chuck and mushrooms.

9Cover; reduce heat to low.

10Cook for 3 hours.

11Pour over noodles.
