- 6 slices bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 can peeled tomatoes, chopped slightly (drain juices and save to use as needed)
- 2 cans cut green beans (drain juices and save to use as needed)
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Remove from skillet.

3Add onion and green pepper to all drippings; cook until tender.

4Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper.

5Add tomatoes; cook until thickened.

6Add beans.

7Top with bacon.

8Heat at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
