  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 ounces neufchatel cheese
  • 1 cup sugar or less
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 4 cups fruit Sliced, or berries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar or less
