Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 12 cups flour

Directions

    Mix all together & spoon just enough into pan to coat the entire pan.

    (maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup?)

    Pan should be on med high heat.

    Flip crepe when edges start to dry/flake and you start to see air bubbles form in the center.

    They cook fast so keep a close eye.

    Can be served plain or with any number of fillings.
