- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Measure dry ingredients into a bowl.

3Beat until smooth.

4Lightly butter an 8-inch skillet. Heat over medium heat until bubbly.

5Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet; immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom.

6Cook until lightly brown; turn and brown on other side.

7While warm, spread with desired filling.

8Sprinkle with sugar.

9Makes 12 crepes.
