- 4 oz(s) self-raising flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp(s) chocolate powder
Directions

1Cream together the margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl

2Add the eggs, flour & chocolate powder.

3Give a good mix until ribbon stage.

4Pour into tin with grease-proof paper in the bottom

5Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/Gas Mark 4

6Leave cake to cool on a wire rack.
