- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp. butter
Directions

1Combine flour, eggs, melted butter, salt and milk in food processor until smooth.

2Chill at least 30 minutes.

3Cook crepes in omelette pan.

4Butter when cooked.

5Can be filled with any assortment of fillings.

6Example: cream cheese and sausage crepes are very good!
