- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine ingredients together and blend until smooth.

2May refrigerate for 1 hour.

3(This will allow flour particles to swell and soften so crepes are light in texture.)

4Brush the bottom of a nonstick 6-inch pan with oil and place over medium heat.

5Pour about 3 tablespoons batter into hot pan and tilt so it covers the pan.

6Cook until done and then turn and cook on other side.

7Cover crepe with jam, marmalade, etc. and roll up.
