- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. onions
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients together and be sure it is smooth.

2Fry in a small skillet in a small amount of butter.

3Cook vegetables (carrots and broccoli).

4Salt and season.

5Then roll vegetables in crepes and put in a baking dish.

6Saute onions in butter.

7Make a white sauce of flour and milk.

8Cook white sauce in onions; add at least 8 ounces of shredded cheese.

9Pour over crepes and heat to serve.
