- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. flour (cheat 1/2 c.)
Directions

1Beat eggs without separating.

2Mix sugar, salt and flour well together and stir quickly into eggs.

3Add milk and beat hard. Pour just enough butter to cover bottom of lightly greased pan when tilted and swirled.

4Shake crepe over until slightly brown on bottom and firm to touch on top (dull look).

5Do not turn over. Put aside to cool.
