- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) light cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Directions

1Grease an 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread first tube of rolls in pan pinching together at seams.

3Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk until light and fluffy.

4Spread over rolls. Cover mixture with second tube of crescent rolls, pinching seams together as done with bottom layer.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Great for breakfast, brunch or anytime!
