- 1/4 c. scalded milk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1Dissolve yeast into scalded milk (cooled) and add sugar; set aside.

2Mix butter, flour, sugar and well-beaten egg yolks.

3Add to yeast mixture and mix until it clings together.

4Form into balls.

5Refrigerate overnight.
