  • 1/4 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 egg yolks

Directions

    Dissolve yeast into scalded milk (cooled) and add sugar; set aside.

    Mix butter, flour, sugar and well-beaten egg yolks.

    Add to yeast mixture and mix until it clings together.

    Form into balls.
