- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Beat eggs and sugar together. Add 1 cup warm water, yeast mixture, salt and oil. Add 4 cups flour; mix well.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Divide dough into 3 parts.

5Roll out each in shape of pie.

6Use plenty of flour.

7Cut into pie shape wedges and roll each from large end.

8(Eight sections to each pie shape.)

9Let stand and rise.

10Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.

11Makes 24 crescents.
