- 4 ntakos (barley rusks)
- 1 large tomato
- 8 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 12 kalamata olives
- 4 pinch dried oregano
- 120 grams feta cheese (crumbled)
Directions

1Ntakos should be moist so it needs to be immersed in water for a couple of minutes on both sides.

2Chop the tomatos into small cubes and divide on all four rusks.

3Sprinkle one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on the chopped tomatos.

4Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese.

5Chop three olives for each rusk and sprinkle them over the chopped tomatos.

6And finally, before enjoying the ntakos with a glass of super cool Moschofilero or some tsipouro, you can sprinkle some dried (or fresh) oregano.
