Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

    Simmer first 3 ingredients for 3 to 4 hours.

    Add the second 3 ingredients and simmer for a few minutes.

    Beat well.

    Stir in the milk.

    Put into bowls to cool, stirring occasionally while cooling.

    Store covered in fridge.

    A layer of fat may coat the top; you can remove this as you use the spread.
