  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 6 egg yolks (one at a time)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Mix all ingredients; set aside.

    Beat the 6 egg whites and fold into mixture.

    Pour in greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
