- 1 x pasta in desired shapes
- 1 x vegetable oil for deep frying
- 1 x garlic salt
Directions

1Cook pasta in boiling salted water until almost tender.

2Drain and pat dry on paper towels.

3Heat oil in deep saute pan or heavy skillet to 375F (190C).

4Add pasta, a few pieces at a time, to hot oil and fry until lightly browned and crisp.

5Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with garlic salt.

6Serve immediately, or cool then store in airtight container.

7Makes 12 servings per pound of pasta
